Positive: No breakfast. Bed was clean and comfortable. Place was quiet. It is not fancy, but a good value.
Negative: The two young people checking people in were nice and helpful when I needed something, but didn't seem to have the skills of welcoming people. They just seemed unaware of customer service expectations such as greeting people and eye contact. No big deal, but since you asked.

Positive: The breakfast pizza and breakfast sandwich that I had was very good for convenience store food. The coffee was excellent!
Negative: The room lighting could have been better as there wasn’t any light by the bed.
Summary: I stayed three nights and slept very good each night as it was quiet and comfortable.
