Travel Purpose: business

Positive: very good location, close to denver, morrison, and red rocks. There is a very nice coffee shop that is a short walk from the house too, which was nice.

Negative: The house got a little warm on hot sunny days, esspecially up stairs. There was also no means to make hot water (for tea), so we purchased a kettle and left it in the house for future use.

Summary: We had a great time, and hope to come back to stay some day!

Positive: Nice and roomy- a perfect blend of a house with a cabin feel which was what we were looking for. Beautiful and great location. Absolutely stunning iron work with both staircases!! Beautiful fireplace and entry way with the flagged stone! Great main floor and kitchen area!

Negative: A bit warm due to no air conditioning and sleeping at night was delayed until it cooled down. Beautiful cool mornings though!! Lack of window treatment options in the master bedroom. Beautiful view but felt on display for the neighbors. Black spiders under the staircase that kept venturing out and trying to keep us company.

Summary: Beautiful home in the perfect location for mountains and Red Rock Amphitheater! Roomy and a great main floor for a group
