Positive: It was lovely and spacious and had the most calm and relaxing feel. It also had everything we could possibly need during our stay including pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and tableware. We enjoyed our stay so much, we hope to return soon.

Negative: I think the showroom at the very top of the house is a bit of an awkward fit and the sink overlaps the toilet so was a bit interesting to use, but on the up, there were 4 others to use

Positive: the space was amazing, with plenty of room so that we did not feel on top of each other. The location was great - very easy to get in, etc. The social space downstairs was great and was perfect for what we needed. close to some lovely shops and restaurants

Negative: I think some of the paint could be done with a refresher, but I recognise that in a house like that, it's not easy to keep it looking great all of the time as people don't treat it well. I think that some of the mattresses in the bunk beds are a bit uncomfortable

Summary: wonderful house, lots of space, great location perfect for large groups

Positive: It was close to the beach and shops kitchen had all you need for cooking clean towels and bedding.

Negative: We stayed as a family of 8 with Children, noise is an issue with pub next door and opposite, sitting area is not big cant see how 20 people would sit comfortabley. Beds and mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable, springs sticking in you, frames wobbly. Smoke alarm faulty was bleeping continuously no plugs in the bath, key code to get in is temperamental.

Summary: The whole place could do with some TLC.

Positive: Brilliant location, literally right next to everything and perfectly central. Great property for group parties. Plenty of space and nicely themed.

Negative: The dining area is in the basement and whilst it was ok for a party atmosphere, I wouldn’t say it was a nice room to sit and eat a meal. The mattresses were not the best quality and although there were plenty of beds, most were bunk beds so more like a private hostel.

Positive: Great location close to beach, shops and bars. Plenty of room for 14 of us on the hen do. Great dining/party room downstairs. Very clean.

Negative: Had an issue with a couple of the showers, one was leaking through the ceiling into a bedroom and another one didn't seem to have any hot water going to it. I reported both the issues. However there were plenty of other bathrooms for us to use.
