Positive: The proximity to the University was convenient

Negative: The unit is not clean. There is a creepy shed in the backyard that is the main view from the deck. The one bedroom upstairs has an extremely soft mattress, and it's essentially not usable since the mattress is the worst I've ever experienced. The front door lock is tricky, and it took several attempts each time to enter the house.

Positive: We liked the quiet of the area, the location and that it was on a dead-end street, two parking spaces, the cleanliness, the equipped kitchen and toiletries, washer and dryer on site, very roomy rooms, and the 3 full bathrooms!!! Seeing wildlife in the back yard in the morning, rabbits and a deer!

Negative: We could have used a table in the kitchen because we had 2 little children with us and the chairs at the bar were too high for them, some of the light fixtures had blown out bulbs, would have liked a back porch light to sit out at night, a latch on front door would be nice, no toaster to toast grandson's waffles, and a bird had built a nest in front door wreath the grasses from the nest were falling out in front of the door and was tracked inside. But seeing the bird in her nest was awesome!

Summary: We really did like the house and enjoyed our stay. Would like to stay here again!
