Summary: We had a great stay visiting our daughter who if a freshman at CSU. She really wanted a home cooked meal and this was perfect for that! Very quiet and safe neighborhood. And our host was very kind and accommodating

Summary: 10/10 Basil is an awesome host and thought of everything we could possibly have needed. The accommodations are extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with a great park at the end of the road. Parking available in a private driveway. Can’t wait to go back and stay here again!!!

Summary: Our stay here was perfect and the unit had everything we needed. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet and the unit was spotless and decorated chamingly. Basil was an excellent host and was immediately responsive to questions as well as being so helpful with restaurants, etc.
