Note: Available January 1 thru February 15…..Welcome to our Naples getaway condo. Park in the private spot in great proximity to the elevator. The third floor unit is nicely tucked away from street traffic and the rear side borders a lake. Enter the unit via a hotel style keypad. Once inside you will enjoy a fresh kitchen update with high end appliances and new quartz countertops. The unit is freshly painted Benjamin Moore white with contrasting accent colors. A farm house style dining table with designer stools, leading into a wrap around couch. An electric leather recliner is situated for a nice afternoon nap. The unit has (3) smart televisions. The bedrooms have “sleep number” beds, which are adaptable to your sleeping preferences. Shades and drapes allow late mornings. The bathrooms are both recently updated. The master closet has plenty of room and stores extra bath and beach towels, linens, ironing board, vacuum, etc. We have (2) bicycles, one electric and one traditional. The outside lanai is fully screened and has seating for (5), beautiful view. The unit has a new full sized washer and new full sized dryer. The pool is normally quiet and a gas grill is located near the pool for outside grilling. This property is west of 41 in the Mooring section. Condo association require a background check on all rental candidates, fee applies.
