Positive: Loved the large glass windows and openess of the villa. Exterior roller shutters on all windows. We enjoyed the TV room, the new dining room furniture was very comfy, and we appreciated the roof deck. We enjoyed walking the nearby Foret ain Chkef - nothing else really winthin walking distance. The main floor has living space and half bath, the next floor has 2 ensuite bedrooms with a third locked off, and upper floor has an office/lounge area and roof deck. Quiet neighborhood - we slept well. Car parked on street in front.

Negative: The various aromas from all the Potpourri made it difficult to relax. Also from the rain there was water damage which gave a musty smell - possibly temporary but we could not really use 2nd bedroom. The kitchen cabinets were a bit sticky and kitchen not as clean as we would have liked. Oven did not have knobs.
