Positive: Stayed 3 nights. It's a perfect place if you have a car, since it's very close to motorway between Fez and Meknes. The room and whole area was spacious, with nice terrace. Building is new or renovaited, so everything seems fresh and clean. It's not complicated to get there and hosts are welcoming you on arrival. We had a nice and comfortable stay there.

Negative: Well, the bathroom is crappy: the cheapest equipment is already either broken od disfunctional, water all over the floor because of bad design. Dining room freaking cold in the morning. The biggest dissapointment was breakfast - for the price of this place it was minimal. On the third day of bread with marmelade and half cooked omlette, we bought ourselves some yogurt and cheese to eat something different. Additionally, on the first day we ate a simple, small pizza for 8EUR, which I think was totally not worth it. We did not eat further any dinner at this place.

Positive: Wonderful welcome. Spacious bungalow-style accommodation on a farm type property in a wonderfully calm location and with the addition of chickens, goats, and even a fairly magnificent peacock. The accommodation had a kitchen that would have permitted some home cooking but as I was there alone and looking for peace, I chose to eat from the optional menu and was very happy with the meals and the price. Breakfast too was part of my deal and was very very generous with variations provided according to my preferences. There was a charming pool glistening invitingly in the sunshine and, in main season, 2 further pools are on offer. Would be a great place for families with a playground for the children plus other activities eg basket ball or table tennis and of course the happy free range chickens for them to see/feed too. I needed a place to completely relax after much travelling around Morocco and this was perfect being located just outside Fez - a the town with an international airport and beautifully facaded railway station. Happily recommend.

Negative: My bungalow had a generous double bed in it which, for me, was too hard. However, it also had a cosy single which I found to my liking.
