Positive: We had an amazing time at Mood! It was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to World trade metro, Down town, but still peaceful and quiet. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Negative: I booked this place for my guests. Checkin was horrible. The manager didn’t knew about the rooms availability! The room was occupied with some people and he checked us in without even checking what is happening in the rooms and when we told him he was just not ready to understand. My friend family was waiting for an hour to get the room. THERE IS NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE, if we ask to clear the rooms they said it’s AED 500 extra to clean to rooms. My friends stay was not comfortable with his family.
