Positive: Though we arrived late, it was not hard to appreciate the neighborhood and the place itself! Love the area, very convenient to get to everything, and the communication is very easy with the spot owner!! They were flexible with us and helpful to speak with. After we had some traveling stress, they offered us relief in offering to refund partially for a night we did not end up staying. They also allowed for us to have a late check out so we are able to enjoy the place a little more. Wonderful experience.
