Summary: We have rented in the Las Vegas valley for the past 4 years. This was the nicest, most quiet and comfortable neighborhood yet. The Host was pleasant, responsive and attentive. The home was comfortable, clean and had many safety features. Very close to a grocery store and a trail system to walk. Thank you much

Summary: Another great stay! This was our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint. The house is very nicely furnished and extremely comfortable to live in. Great, and quiet neighborhood with a nice view to the western mountains and beautiful neighboring mature landscaping and trees. Great trails and public walking areas adjacent to the house made for enjoyable and relaxing walks. Location is also great for daily shopping needs plus the added fun of the Summerlin Downtown area an easy 10 minute drive away. Lora was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We hope to be able to return in 2026. Thank you!!

Summary: We stayed here for 3 months when we first moved to Las Vegas. It was perfect for us and our dog, too.The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet.The landlord was easy to reach, friendly and quickly answered any questions we had.We were able to walk to the grocery and drug stores, local restaurants and bank. We always felt safe.We highly recommend this property!

Summary: My wife and I spent 5 very nice weeks in this property. We were located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood in Summerlin adjacent to a park and numerous landscaped walking trails. Shops and grocery stores were very convenient. Our host did an awesome job answering questions and went above and beyond on our requests. The house was very comfortable and we'd definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had a wonderful visit to Las Vegas. The homeowner was very attentive and helpful. The home is beautiful and comfortable, we all slept great. The only downside is there is a small amount of road noise from a busy street behind the home, but it wasn’t disruptive and there is a white noise machine in the master bedroom, so it didn’t bother us at all. We would happily stay here again!!!
