Positive: The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. The sunrise is about as perfect as you can get. The location is perfect for the north shore. We would much rather stay on the north shore than in the big city. Several amenities that help the stay to be enjoyable. Walking distance to beach but for sure can swim off the property as well when the waves are smaller. Outside shower is super nice and even has hot water. Very close to a grocery and drug store.

Negative: Entering and exiting the property is somewhat risky. Parking and turning around is also difficult. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of.

Summary: The dreamiest vacation home we could have hoped for!

Positive: Not what I was expecting but my family and I made it work. Location was great and near the beach. Also walking distance to the convenience store. Enjoyed the morning sunrises from the beach. Having a washer and dryer was great since a family member ran out of clothes. Beds were comfortable.

Negative: The rooster next door! Unfortunately the renters from the other house slept and used our home. I reached out to the property manager and sent them pictures of every room and kitchen. They had a cleaning crew there quickly while we waited at a nearby bar. By the time we left we mastered the art of parking a mini van in the small parking spot that is for the home.

Summary: Great location if you don’t mind the rooster.

Positive: Beautiful property and unbeatable views

Negative: There was an ants problem throughout the house, the top floor was very hot, and the sliding doors on the top floor didn’t lock and no privacy curtains that made it a bit concerning since our kids stayed in the top floor.

Summary: I would recommend for big families loking for a quiet stay away from tourists area. Beautiful memories for sure.

Negative: The loud rooster next door (especially at 3am 🤣) Hot rooms, no AC in rooms/upstairs.

Positive: Amazing location. Close to everything north shore especially PCC. Nice and clean. Beautiful property. Wonderful to feel the ocean breeze all day!!

Negative: Very sparsely furnished. Worked fine for our very small group but would be inadequate for a large group. Bar stool height dining table with low chairs that didn’t work. No barstools at the counter. Bring your camp chairs for more seating if a big group!
