Positive: The pool was fantastic and so easy with the kids as it was shallow and had a ramp. We had stunning outside sitting areas and a bar with a fridge. The host was so lovely and accommodated our resquests. I would love to go back again with friends as the remote location enabled us to not worry about disturbing neighbours. What a fantastic job they ave done with the house, truly beautiful! I must also add the host was more than happy to be contacted should we had any questions and we had everything we needed available in the property, such as dishwasher, hairdryer, etc
Negative: You need a car to go to places, we were aware of this. Being in the countryside you have to mind bugs if you leave food out but to be expected. I truly don't think there was anything else the host could have done to make us more comfortable.
Summary: Beautiful Home, pefect for families or friends wanting a relaxed stay!!

Positive: We spent a wonderful and relaxing summer at Monte da Cardela Nova. The house is perfectly set in a calm and quiet, forested area, only a 5 min drive from the little town of Melides and no more than 15 min to huge sandy beaches. Miguel’s family home is compact, but convenient and cosy, the covered terrace perfect for all day shade and cool, and the big pool both refreshing and practical for young & old(er). Miguel is a charming host with plenty of useful tips to share and quick to answer any questions or requests you may have. Thanks again Miguel, from all of us; we had a great time!
