Summary: Immediately upon waking into our room it felt very muggy inside. We had to keep the AC on most of the time in order for it not to feel that way. The toilet had stains inside the bowl, like no one has been cleaning it properly. The bathtub had a soap leak all inside running down because of the shampoo / soap dispensers on the wall. The pillows were not great nor the beds kind of uncomfortable usually hotel beds are my great for me.

Summary: So many disappointments. It took over 15 minutes to check in. The Front desk clerk should be trained to NEVER say your room number out loud, especially when you are a single female and there is a stranger in line behind you. He ended up having the room across the hall from me, even though the occupancy was very low (I asked). Everything is outdated. TVs are old and do not work. You only get two bath towels. The coffee maker did not have cups and was filthy (hair, built-up dirt, etc.) The furniture was put together wrong (the drawer wouldn’t shut). I called down to the lobby to address my concerns, but it went to an answering service, and I was told to leave a message (it was 8:00 pm), and I never received a call back. I was not advised there was a breakfast bar, and I wish I hadn’t stumbled upon it. When I was there, it only had cold tater tots, hard pancakes, and a meager choice of bread and cereals. For the price of $150, I was shocked by the condition of the property. Go to Yorkville for your hotel and stay with a trusted chain.

Summary: The facility met our basic needs. Unfortunately the restaurant is now closed, so no food services availale, no morning breakfast, they don't even have ice machines available. The other down side is the facility does not have ducted air conditioning so the lobby and the hallways are warm and uncomfortable.

Summary: It was good. The hotel seems a bit underused. Although there is a cute lobby bar, it was not open. The hallways were not sir conditioned and our room had no pillows

Summary: Back for our second time this month. The staff is super nice and the place is always clean even had breakfast this morning. The TVs we got are Roku so makes it super easy to watch stuff. Visit was 6/28/25

Summary: Was really excited when they called 4 hours before we arrived to ask if we needed anything and asked what temperature we wanted the room..Also tvs worked great and room was very clean props to housekeepers.

Summary: Unique ecofriendly hotel with lots of updates and Wyndham green level 5 certification - highest eco-friendly rating from Wyndham. Impressed with hallway motion sensor lights, guest room with climate control and several unique features. Recently renovated hotel.

Summary: Large, hotel and conference center. Room was fine, but had issues with a lack of hot water which was fixed. Little things such as square pillows and no coffee packs for the in-room coffee machine kinda made the overall experience so, so. I did however thoroughly love the Edith Farnsworth House
