Summary: The Monkton Library Cottage was appointed and located perfectly for our 3 week stay while visiting younger family members nearby. We were able to cook simple meals and had our own space to relax in peace. The grocery store and laundromat in nearby Hinesburg was easy to find and use. Our host, Nina, was available and very responsive. We'd stay at the Monkton Library Cottage again without hesitation.

Summary: The cottage is like staying in a home, not a typical rental. Comfortable furniture, bed and pillows, good linens and towels, and the most well-supplied kitchen I have seen in a rental. Everything is clean and maintained. Though just off a busy road, it is quiet in the house. Well-located for visiting nearby towns. Food not far away. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay.

Summary: This cozy cottage was the perfect getaway for us. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils for cooking our own meals. Everything is very new and in great condition, and the A/C worked well in the July heat. The location is perfect for enjoying nature, while still being a short drive from Burlington and lots of great food and drink options.
