Positive: The location of Moni's House was good, close to the front of the lake and to the swimming area. There were several restaurants close by. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom on the ground floor felt a little tired but there was a separate toilet on the top floor that was clean and fresh. There was a very small balcony with seating area off the third floor as the garden could not be used. The bed was comfy and there two fans provided. Parking was possible on the street nearby.

Negative: The bedroom was on the middle floor but it would have made more sense for the living room to be there rather than on the top floor. To access a toilet in the night you have to either go up or down a steepish staircase. It did not feel as spacious as it was over three floors. We stayed at the weekend but on Monday morning the builders were there working on the next door appartment which could have spoilt the stay if we remaining. I did not appreciate being asked to sort the rubbish and to take it to the local refuse bins down the street.

Negative: Bedroom on middle floor, bathrooms on ground and top floors. Bedroom top floor with en-suite would be more convenient as the stairs were very steep for us oldies.

Summary: Still enjoyed it and had a lovely stay.

Positive: Very wonderful accommodation, it’s not my first time in Como, but this accommodation has touched me and my family, everything is done with love there, it has a full setup!!! Everything that you could imagine, you can find inside. I’m definitely bringing my family again there
