Summary: Can’t even begin to explain my experience with this place…. Dirty sheets, hair all over the room, stains on the curtains, looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We asked for a room change and even the other room shown had stains on the sheets. We had no choice and decided to just ask for a sheet change in our room. House keeping was so rude and nasty, first she tried to get me out of the room for a sheet change and I said no, they came in to change the sheets and I watched them throw out about 5 sheets because the ones they had brought in also had stains. No wonder they were trying to get me out the room, because they were going to put another dirty sheet back on and go about their day. Got no accommodation and staff and manager were rude and nasty. They make the lobby and outdoor area really nice to mask all the old dirty rooms. Even the workers said they get complaints everyday about the room and management does nothing. I was so disappointed in my stay here.

Summary: The room was very spacious and clean. The location is great and close to everything however, they put a $200/PER NIGHT hold on your account for a security deposit which I think is ridiculous given that it was more than the room itself costs per night. Other than that one thing I had a great time and experience and would come back.
