Positive: Absolutely fantastic location. Cannot fault the amenities or building complex in any way.

Negative: The apartment shows some signs of wear and tear particularly in the kitchen area but it’s to be expected of a slightly older apartment. This is totally outweighed by the amazing view and overall experience.

Summary: Fabulous!! Apartment could do with a little updating here and there but it doesn’t spoil the experience.

Negative: The dresser drawers and kitchen drawers are starting to show wear. Otherwise, the unit is in excellent shape.

Positive: Located right next to Wholefoods and Flamingo Park, which is why I go there. Very Spacious and a gorgeous view of Star Island. Only 10 minutes to walk to South Beach and it's a lovely walk. Always stay here!

Positive: Location with the bay view at South beach, the hotel pool was excellent. Comfy

Negative: Small apartment, overdecorated at the expense of functionality (I.e. 9 table lamps with limited space for our own property), kitchen was non-functional, WiFi was very poor (important for us and kids as we had no local provider), noisy service elevator was right next to our room.

Summary: Well located apartment in South Beach, but some compromises to accept.
