Summary: Hotel design is stunning - credit to the architects, engineers and interior designers. View to the ocean is impeccable. Perfect for whale watching. Pool is on the smaller side but lovely. Unfortunately it is shaded from midday onwards which makes it unappealing place to hang out. Pool/bar area is a wind tunnel - hopefully the hotel can rectify that somehow. Given the hotel is virtually brand new, it is only customer service that can let it down. Check in staff were lovely but we had to wait quite a long time to check in (by this stage we just wanted to take our shoes off and chill). Did not try any of their restaurants.

Summary: Thi is one of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed in, worldwide. Definitely my fave in Australia. Such a beautiful hotel - attention to detail, design and staff are all top notch. Waking to the sunrise over the ocean from my bed was sublime

Summary: The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help me sort things out. Ariel and Lachie were very professional and friendly going through the process and made the bad experience a lot less irritating. All other staffs I have had a chance to interact with were all very friendly, if you are thinking of booking please expect there might be minor glitches but the staffs there are going to do their bests to help you through that.
