Positive: Positives about this place...great location, view, setting, grounds, vibe. We had a double ground floor unit with a patio leading onto the large lawn and near the pool. Very well kept grounds. Lovely ocean front view and view of Lanai. Place is well located, near town, and very quiet and peaceful. Beds, linens and towels were clean and comfortable. Wifi and TV worked, although the wifi dropped off and on and had to be rebooted.

Negative: This unit really needs major maintenance and deep cleaning! All of the corners, baseboards, fans, etc. needed to be cleaned. Very grimy and dusty, with lots of cobwebs that had obviously been there for quite a while. The dining room chairs were very stained and gross. Various cabinets and drawers were not working properly (one in the kitchen banged into the ceiling fan when opened!) Lack of storage in bedrooms (we had only an empty filing cabinet in our room, meant for clothing storage???) Weird. Patio needed to be swept, which we took care of ourselves, door screens were warped. It would have been nice to have a few beach items to borrow but none were provided. Air flow was OK, but AC would have been a welcome addition. Bedroom door was coming loose at the hinges and hard to close.

Summary: Lovely setting and grounds, interior greatly lacking in cleanliness and maintenance

Negative: A few more supplies in the kitchen. Coffee, to at least have the first morning and dishwasher tabs would have been nice, but not a deal breaker

Positive: By the beach. Parking available. 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Close to city center.

Negative: WiFi was sporadic. Key safe once opened could not be closed. The manager at the resort asked for entrance money to just register (this was not communicated before )

Summary: Decent option to stay in Molokai. Slightly pricey for the value.

Negative: The hot water in the shower was scalding hot had a hard time to get cold water activated..took a while. I think that needs to be checked. I think the screens need to be cleaned but otherwise it was ok.

Summary: It was lovely, too much house for just one person. But had no choice was pretty booked up property.
