Positive: The large garden, all the things in the kitchen... you thought of everything! Even outdoor crockery.

Negative: Literally the only thing I can say thats negative is that with all the ornaments, it meant we didnt have as much room for all our stuff. But... they ornaments made it homely x

Positive: The house is lovely and really welcoming. All the rooms are spacious and the garden is a little sun trap. Excellent location for the beach and Boscombe shops.

Positive: Great quiet location close to the beach, very spacious, dog friendly with lovely garden. Comfortable beds and modern bathrooms.

Negative: The living room looks out on to neighbours garden, so this room is a bit over looked. But mainly used this in the evening and closed the curtains. This wasn’t a big problem as we mainly sat in the garden and kitchen.

Negative: Only criticism was I'm 6ft 2in I was attracted to the ( large bed ) in main room. But it was just a standard double. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay

Positive: We loved everything, from the moment we got the keys in the lock box, the flat was so warm and welcoming, we even had a christmas tree and decorations, the heating was on, so it was lovely and warm, it was a real home from home and the location was great, for the beach, bus stops, I can not fault the place.
