Summary: Took a long time to check in. Seems like only one person has authority to make decisions, and if he's busy, Zander had to wait minutes til he received help. Was not told that first room given to us required many steps to get to. I couldn't use my right hand so we had to return to get another room. Rooms in desperate need of upgrading. had to crawl under desk to find an outlet. Bottom of tub did not feel secure. Shower head spray was low. Lighting for sink near front door was poor. Faucet sprayed in several directions. Couldn't see clearly out windows to look at view. Would not return or recommend.

Summary: Room was spotless and very comfortable. So happy that I didn’t have to request feather-free pillows and bedding. Restaurant has a lovely view of the Navesink River area. Special shoutout to Josh (who checked us in). He’s a sweetheart and could not have made us feel more welcome. We were in town to attend Little Feat show (at the Count Basie Theater). When we returned after the show, Josh was waiting to hear about it. We had a lovely trip and will happily stay at the Molly Pitcher again.
