Positive: You can walk right onto a beautiful beach with turtles swimming in the waves. Remote location allowed us to see many stars at night.

Negative: No A/C or ceiling fans made it uncomfortable on humid days. Minimum 10 minute drive to the nearest stores and restaurants.

Positive: Great location. I will stay again! If you are looking for a 5 Star resort, this is not the place for you. Its as close as to live like a local as you can get. No crowds, bring your groceries. Steps from the beach. Hear the waves from your cottage. Best spot on the North shore.

Positive: WE provided our own food. Have never experienced a stay so close to the beach!

Negative: It is a comfortable place, not fancy, but it fit our needs perfectly. The family owners were as nice as could be.

Summary: If we ever return to Oahu we would try to stay there.

Positive: The Location was what we expected .The bed was comfortable and the shower worked We did enjoy the turtles and Monk seals right off the beach

Negative: We certainly did not expect luxury but this place needed a upgrade and a good deep clean. lamp shade rusted out stove was extremely rusted. Hard to have black mugs when there is no dish washer. (covid)TV was a nightmare.

Positive: Beautiful location, access to a pristine secluded beach.with perfect sunsets. The caretakers are very accommodating & private. You are almost guaranteed to see wildlife like turtles, crabs, & we even saw a seal sunbathing!

Negative: I cannot think of anything I did not love. It was beautiful.
