Summary: Ghislaine’s house is so lovely - I wish I owned it! The creative interior design is a delight to behold. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean and bright. The pool area is also lovely. Las Negras is a charming little seaside resort with plenty of character. It has great beaches and a good choice of restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Summary: An ideal place for a quiet holiday with the family. With the pool in the garden you have everything you need, when you are tired of the beatuiful beaches nearby (if that is possible). We are very happy with the property, communication with the owner Ghislane, as well as with El Playazo. Las Negras is a very charming little village, and I would recommend this property to anyone.

Summary: Very clean and well equipped. A very comfortable house in a gated community with private parking. Easy access to local beaches and a matter of metres to the town centre, which is great fun and packed with bars and restaurants. Excellent location in which to tour Cabo de Gata

Summary: This is a superbly-located, spacious, modern house with a beautiful private pool, three or four minutes walk from all amenities and a short driving distance from amazing beaches and sights - a rare gem. We particularly loved the peaceful and stylish pool area where we could choose sun or shade, the essential air-conditioning and the proximity to shops, bars and restaurants in such a chilled low-key village. The house is exactly as it appears on the photos and Ghislaine and her husband have provided everything you could need for a great holiday. A real home from home, only better! I must also mention how lovely Ghislaine was right from my first enquiry, her communication was fantastic and she could not have been more helpful. Thank you and sorry I was unable to post this review earlier.
