Summary: We had a really lovely, comfortable 3 weeks at Villa Anna. From the booking through to check-out, communication was impeccable. Elena and team went out of their way to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. Property is super well-located - 3 min bike ride to the piazza, 5 min to the beach and 15 mins to center of Forte dei Marmi. House itself is nice and spacious. We won’t think twice to stay again!

Summary: When we arrived, we were surprised at the spacious bedrooms and the on suite bathrooms. Plus the living space and kitchen had plenty of space to relax band was very comfortable. Outdoor seating was lovely. The location is ideal ~ very close to the beach, downtown Pietrasanta, and dining. We found a darling restaurant that was walking distance ~ La Botegga. It was easy to plan day trips from here to Lucca, Maranello, Massarosa and other small villages off the grid. The management was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The helped us set up a cooking class with Mara, which was fantastic. She is very accommodating and a lovely person. We absolutely recommend Villa Anna!

Summary: We were very happy with Villa Anna. We had 7 people (6 adults, 1 toddler) for a week. The location was good. The Villa was good. The mosquitoes were pretty strong at the time we were there so we did not use the very nice outside area as we had imagined but we enjoyed the inside. We had an extra bedroom, so there is plenty of space. The Villa was clean and had what we needed. We found the walk to the beach was manageable. The distance to groceries and the restaurants was good (short drive). Elena and Kathryn had some great suggestions for activities (Mara was wonderful with her cooking lesson). The staff were very helpful as we signed up and got the reservation set up. They were very helpful during check in and check out. We were very happy.

Summary: Our group of six, including two 10 year olds, thoroughly enjoyed two weeks stay in the Villa Anna in Pietrasanta. It was our first visit to the area and and was loved by all - sea warm and mostly calm, sandy beaches, extremely mellow vibe, proximity to "things to do" (Lucca 30 min, Florence 1 h 15 min, plenty of cute towns up in the hills within an hour), and great road bike rides for those so inclined. The house itself is modern, clean, well laid out, maintained ambience even on the hottest days and functioned without hiccup, except for a temperamental kitchen sink that occasionally spat and gurgled water. Walking distance to our beach was a bit far (20 min ) but with rental bikes, this was no problem. Elena and her team were always helpful, provided great advice on things to do in the area, and even helped us book the beach accommodations and the bike rentals. Recommend the agency, location and property without reservations!

Summary: We had a very nice stay in this villa. The house has plenty of space for 8 people (we were there with 4). All rooms are fully airconditioned. The team around Elena is very professional and friendly, with a very good service. Everything was well organized and all promises were kept. Halftime of our two weeks holiday the house was fully cleaned and all towels and bed linen changed (which is all included in the rental fee). The furniture and bathes are up to date and all very clean. There is a parking facility on the ground (which is fullly fenced). The house is situated in a residential area. Its a 15 to 20 minutes walk to the beach (we went by car). The street in front of the house has some traffic, which however does not really disturb as the garden is behind the house. Marina di Pietrasanta has a lot of restaurants and facilities for tourists. We enjoyed very much to go to the main village of Pietrasanta in the evenings, which is really a lovely old Italian village with very nice and authentic restaurants, art galleries and high quality shops. Pietrasanta is about 15 minutes to drive by car from the house. And of course Marina di Pietrasanta is an ideal place to start trips to all the beautiful places in Tuscany, including Lucca, Siena, San Gimigniano, Florence, Carrara, ... To summarize, it was a really pleasant holiday in an awesome surrounding, and thanks to Elena and here team everything went perfect.
