The top floor apartment in the Sonnenschein house is 65 m² in size and invites up to 4 people to spend their vacation there. The apartment is modern and furnished with attention to detail.

Summary: Die Ferienwohnung war wirklich ganz wunderbar, allerdings möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass die Matratzen im Hauptschlafzimmer sehr unbequem. Ansonsten war alles ausgezeichnet.

Summary: Die Buchung des Objektes gestaltete sich etwas schwierig. Die Wohnung selbst war soweit ok, nur an manchen Stellen, z.B. im Badezimmer hat man sich bei der Planung keine besondere Mühe gegeben! Ein viel zu kleines Waschbecken, viel zu weit weg vom Spiegel und die Toilettenpapierhalterung war auch viel zu tief angebracht! Der Mülltonnenstandplatz war eine Katastrophe, alle Mülltonnen übervoll und es hat gestunken! Die Sitzecke ist dadurch eine Zumutung! Weiterhin müsste man darüber informiert werden, dass es Fahrradschuppen gibt und sogar Sonnenliegen und eine Tischtennisplatte! Haben wir durch Zufall gesehen und unsere Räder dann dort auch untergestellt! Und die Anruferei bei Ankunft und Abreise ist ein bisschen wie im Kindergarten! Ansonsten ist die Wohnung schön groß, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden! Großes Plus waten die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern! Und ein weiterer Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre noch, dass man Auflagen für die Stühle auf dem Balkon zur Verfügung stellt!
