Positive: Loved the layout and how spacious it was. The beds were super comfy and the fire stick in the main bedroom was a nice touch. There was also WiFi which on the booking it said there wasn’t any so this was a nice surprise! Overall we loved our stay!

Negative: We were disappointed that there wasn’t a bbq as advertised as we bought lots of bbq food prior to arriving. The chlorine level in the hot tub was way too high it stung our eyes and ruined my jewellery on the first night. But we still enjoyed it the other nights. Also the shower in the main bedroom was scalding hot and was no option to turn the heat down. Also not that this could be helped but the road noise was quite disturbing as it was so hot we had all the windows open. But again this wasn’t a fault this was just a little inconvenience with the heat but nothing we couldn’t cope with!

Summary: Cosy spacious house with lovely facilities. Just a shame about the BBQ and chlorine levels in the hot tub!

Positive: This place is lovely. A great home away from home. Lovely big kitchen to cook in. The view from the dinining area is fab!

Negative: Be careful of some of the steps into rooms. You can hear the road as it's on quite a busy road.

Positive: The property was ideal for a weekend with friends. The open plan kitchen/living area was perfect and plenty of space for us to hang out in, with a huge TV. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more, even a special drinks fridge. The hot tub and outside bar area was a great evening activity and easy to use. The bedrooms were lovely, with comfy beds and having them downstairs meant we could enjoy the view of the lake from the living room, where we were spending more of our time anyway.

Negative: It was a shame the BBQ was out of action due to being broken previously as we’d turned up with food to cook on it. But we were able to buy our own easy in Cromer so it didn’t do to waste.

Summary: We loved staying here, loved the huge open plan living space and loved the hot tub.

Positive: We had a lovely 2 night stay. We loved the hot tub and the comfy beds. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The location is very handy for visits to Cromer.

Positive: Property was spacious and great location. Instructions and communication really good.

Negative: Cooker took a very long time to heat up impacting on meals and timings. Kitchen equipment need looking at and more cutlery needed. Also kitchen was a bit grubby, surfaces sticky, drawers needed a wipe out and cooker needs a good clean. Attention to detail needed.

Negative: Boiler appears old and tired, which made noise at night, hot water was limited between the main bathroom and ensuite. Should not be able to see cobwebsand dust.

Positive: Lovely house. Hot tub and outside area was very clean and well kept. Good quality towels and furnishings. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Good fish and chip shop 5 mins walk away.

Negative: The house is on a busy main road so was quite noisy at the front of the property. Lots of condensation on the windows so a bit of damp in bathrooms and wardrobes. One of the beds was creaky and missing a slat so uncomfortable to sleep on.
