Summary: This is like staying in a treehouse. Every window is looking out at beautiful trees. The place is clean and comfortable and great value for that area. It is higher up in Salt Spring, so felt like we were away, but a close drive to everything like restaurants, the market, etc.

Summary: I stayed in the Modern Studio while on Salt Spring Island for five days in May of 2026. The studio is very comfortable and situated in a gorgeous property shared with the hosts. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The studio is above their garage and the sound of the garage door opener is quite loud, but other than that it was peaceful and very quiet. The bed is very comfortable and there are a variety of linens available to accommodate guests with varying temperatures. The kitchenette is also well stocked. This is a perfect place for a single person traveling on beautiful Salt Spring Island. If I had one suggestion, it would be to replace the two small chairs in the living area with a small sofa for relaxing. I also really appreciated how close it was to Ganges in terms of shopping and dining. I highly recommend this adorable studio!

Summary: Lovely studio nestled in the trees. Arrived late and host left lights on which made it easy to find. It was very clean and even provided fruit, coffee and cream for the morning. Very conveniently located (5 minutes from Ganges). Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
