Summary: Nice 2 bedroom condo overlooking the bay. Ferry service within walking distance. The guest bedroom could use lamps and both bedrooms need a dresser. However, the unit is nice, clean and in a great location.

Summary: The unit and the stay was great. Some words of caution: It is an older building and the units are on septic so that can be an issue if the lines are not kept up and it is a rental where the fixtures are used a lot and that can also be an issue with loose hinges and what not so be aware. The extra charge is not worth it. Not only is it a challenge to contact a VRBO representative, they do not follow through. It is a great location if you need a place to stay in Vesuvius Bay that is close to the ferry and the beach. There is a restaurant across the street which is ok.
