Positive: I was in this Apartment for the 2nd time this year and it was again excellent and as expected. Arrival and departure is easy and works at any time and also the receipt with the company address on worked. Public Transport to the city center with a small train (station) just behind the facility works well and there are also busses or Lime Costars available. So everything needed was near by.

Negative: Nothing, all perfect couldn't be much better.

Summary: Great apartment to work or also for sightseeing in Budapest with parking facility in the building.

Positive: The apartment was clean and the parking space is also very practical. The apartment complex is new. The blinds are perfect - they block out 100% of the sunlight. Wifi was fast and worked perfectly. The managing host answered quickly and was very communicative.

Negative: As we arrived there was 25 degrees Celsius in the apartment which is uncomfortable for a good sleep. We tried to change the temperature with the thermostate on the wall but nothing happened. After contacting the apartment manager (who was really kind and helpful btw.) it turned out that there is no way to cool the apartment down because in this period neither the cooling nor the heating is working. Sad, especially since tha apartment had air conditioning listed in the amenities. And even if it could have been cooled - there is still no AC, the heating / cooling probably works by pipes in the wall / ceiling. We also tried to open the windows but somebody above / near us had a party every night until 3-4 AM which was really loud and somebody (not necessarily the same person) was smoking weed 0-24 and the smell came directly into the apartment so we unfortunately had to keep them closed. In the normal working hours there is a LOT of noise because the other parts of the complex are actively being built but we were aware that so no big surprise there. There are a few hanging electrical cables around the apartment and one wall socket had a hole above it. The bed was really uncomfortable, one had the feeling of rolling down on both sides, and the pillows are a bad joke. Not recommended for someone with sensitive back. Overall - a nice place to stay, especially if you need secure parking but a bit too expensive for what it has to offer and do not expect a good night's sleep.

Positive: It is very close to Arpad Bridge and easy car access. If you stay inside, with windows closed, you have a perfect atmosphere for relaxing/sleeping. Evening on the balcony, perfect relaxing moment after a long day visiting.

Negative: There is some noise from the construction site next to the building, so it's not so nice to relax on the balcony during the working hours..

Positive: The property is exactly as pictures and description explain. The apartment was very warm for which we were thankful. There's everything needed and more.

Negative: There are two negative things, however. One, pillows for sleep are horrible. Second, not the landlord's fault, but elevator in the building was weird. It would often just stop in between the floors or open the door on random floors.

Summary: I'm sure I'll look forward to booking this place again.
