Kingsbury North Trailhead is under two miles hike away. Lake Tahoe is five to seven miles away (depending on your preferred site) perfect for you to spend the day lakeside. Zephyr Cove with beach volley ball nets, big beaches, and boat rentals 6.4 miles away.

*Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Please be neighborly! Help us to keep our home a vacation rental! Our home is in a residential neighborhood, and Douglas County has STRICT NOISE ORDINANCES that must be adhered to (including but not limited to around the hot tub. Quiet hours from 9pm - 8am DAILY).
*Hot tub use is not allowed between 9 pm - 8 am.
*Smoking is not permitted on the property.
*Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise will result in eviction at your expense including loss of deposit and may result in additional fines (you will be responsible for any fines incurred). Noise monitoring equipment is installed and monitored (does not listen or record).

Please adhere to the NevadaDOT traffic advisories during winter storms. Traction tires and/or 4x4s drive may be required.

Summary: We stayed for a skiing vacation during winter break and truly enjoyed the house. The location is great for skiing at Heavenly with an easy drive to Stagecoach. Very helpful, efficient owner communication. The house is well equipped and spacious for two families to share.

Summary: The home is just as advertised. I’ve rented a lot of homes over the years and they are not all as advertised. Dawn and her husband (property owners) are very accommodating, responsive, and helpful. Dawn personally reached out the day I booked the home and offered a lot of great info. The home’s location was perfect. It was just far enough away from town and the base area at Stagecoach Lodge to provide both convenience and serenity. The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet. The house had wonderful outdoor views from the many large windows while still being able to steadily maintain a warm and cozy interior. We never had any hot water issues or other problems. We do all of our own cooking and the kitchen was very good. The home is spacious and allows for everyone to be together while also allowing individuals to be in their own rooms if they wanted to be alone. The hot tub was really nice to sit in as the snow came down on us. The Lake Tahoe jigsaw puzzle is a must do as there are 2 surprises at the very end and only those that get to the end will find out the surprise (ha)! The only thing lacking with this property is my family’s presence now that we are back home. It was hard leaving and we wish we could go back and stay there right now. We had a blast and highly recommend it!

Summary: Absolutely zero disappointments. The home was good for hosting, hanging out & just crashing after a long day of fun. Owners were super communicative - left us with no questions or uncertainty. Best in class!

Summary: Wonderful location close to lifts at Heavenly and near town. Fit our group of 6 comfortably and was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. We had some communication with the owner to fix heat issues and they resolved it immediately. Great stay.

Summary: This was perfect for our family New Year's vacation! There were 7 of us (parents, grandparents, 3 teenagers) and we had plenty of room to be together but have our own space. Lots of family meals, games around the table, hot tub time, and hiking around the area. It's about 3 miles from town - a perfect distance to be close but away from the crowds of the main drag. The owners are VERY responsive to inquiries or any help needed.

Summary: Great stay, spacious and great kitchen and common area for large group! The outside was very beautiful to enjoy coffee with some great nature views. Only negative would have been the bathroom lighting (it’s very dark) and no full length mirrors, which for a group of gals was a bummer but otherwise it was great, clean, cozy yet still felt very spacious and not crammed!
