Summary: My son was in Des Moines to play at 80/35. I came down from MN and my daughter and family arrived from WI. The place was actually larger than we imagined from the photos. We had plenty of space to eat and play games. The beds were all comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a neighborhood park, walking distance, and the kids enjoyed going there daily. We could not have had a nicer time. We will be coming back. Thank you!

Summary: We (5 adults) stayed here for a weekend. It is as clean and immaculate as the pictures indicate. We all thought the mattresses, linens and pillows made for cozy beds, the water pressure was good, and wifi allowed for streaming video and a little bit of "WorkFromHome". We didn't prepare meals at the house, but it appears adequately stocked with essentials (I would recommend coasters on the side/coffee tables). We did appreciate the included Keurig and K-cups, and also enjoyed a few complimentary snack items. You can see from the pictures that the houses are fairly close together and aren't surrounded with privacy fencing. I'm neutral to how this affected our stay, as we spent most of our time away. We didn't utilize the deck, but I think we could have enjoyed it. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt very comfortable and safe. Terrace Hills Golf Course was close enough for me to drop off husband and find a nearby HyVee. It is a quick drive to Prairie Meadows and Bass Pro, and getting downtown from here was easy (highly recommend Clyde's and St. Kilda Cafe!) Access code to enter was provided before check in, was so easy. And when we later had a question, property manager replied quickly. I didn't see a list of rules or check in/out requests, so that might be appreciated by other guests. Definitely would stay here again!
