Positive: The rental was just what we wanted. The home looked like it was recently renovated & very clean. The space was more than accommodating for 5 people, 2 couples & 1 single. My only complaint was that in 1 room, the bed was super firm & and uncomfortable, but there were enough bedrooms & beds that I was able to change rooms. We did need another blanket, as 1 was missing on the bed. All 4 bedrooms were a good size. The living room was comfortable, bathrooms very clean. A hair dryer would be a nice addition. I would recommend this rental if in the area. The price was very reasonable.
Negative: Needed a blanket for 1 of the beds, Very firm mattress in 1 room which was uncomfortable, Could use a hair dryer.

Positive: We love love love the place. We want to come back this summer. So much space, so new, very clean, they even added ice.
Negative: Just chilli sometimes at night, we had to learn to use the heater.

Positive: There was ample space and everything was new and clean. The furnishings were comfortable. Loved the table out on the porch and the living area was comfortable. The beds were comfortable. There was ample parking.
Negative: The location was a bit loud with the sound of traffic. The walls weren’t well insulated and we could hear the other residents. There was no coffee maker!!! (Had to drive every morning to get coffee), dish towels, face towels or an iron. Usually paper towels and some staples such as clean sponges, wash cloths, tissues, etc are provided but not in this unit. There was minimal kitchen ware and no pot big enough for pasta. No cutting board or vegetable peeler, etc. you would need to bring or buy so many extra things. If you are flying in it would be very inconvenient. Also no extra blanket. A note with directions for the tv and information about the area would be a nice greeting for guests. Also, we couldn’t figure out the thermostat.
Summary: Very nice place with very minimal amenities and staples.

Positive: This was a beautiful and spacious place for our family to stay while visiting Boston. Very clean! Easy parking. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, and we took advantage of the Keurig!
Negative: The place offers sleeping for 8, but there were no extra blankets or pillows. We did not mind using the couch as an extra place, but that really only made place for 7. Our youngest who is 10 was able to sleep comfortably on the loveseat, but as far as we could tell, this is really set up for 6 people. Adding a pullout sofa sleeper that would sleep 2 and some extra blankets and pillows would make it more prepared for 8 guests. An iron would also be helpful to have since there is no dryer to fluff clothes in and our clothes have been smashed in suitcases for a bit (but that's just a personal preference!).
Summary: We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the amount of room and cleanliness. We would stay again!
