Summary: We had a family group ranging in age from 1 to 90. The house is so close to the beach that you can sit on the lawn and still see all the beach activities. It was a lovely house to be in for a week and we’ll be back.

Summary: The house is in an absolutely perfect position. Just walk out the front door and you're on the beach. It's the middle of winter and the beach was really quiet so we had lots of privacy and really enjoyed the location. Unfortunately, the house was damp and mouldy. There was mould growing on the wall of the kids bedroom and even the base of the heater had mould growing on it. There was water stains on the ceiling in the dining room from a roof leak and multiple jars of Damprid around the house so this is obviously a long standing issue with the property. The house also didn't appear very clean, there was some bottles of coke and orange juice in the fridge that were half empty and out of date. The shower in the ensuite had a used bar of soap and hair on the floor of the shower so didn't appear like it had been cleaned properly. If this was budget accomodation we would expect this kind of thing but it was pretty expensive, even in the middle of winter and at the price we expect the house to be clean and mould free. Also, there was a linen fee which we were happy to pay but If we pay for linen we expect the linen to be on the beds, not folded up and for us to make the beds ourselves. So, in summary, this is an amazing position and we loved the location but, the home feels very neglected and we wouldn't go back and stay in this house again.

Summary: My family loves staying here. My daughter always makes friends with other children on the beach and we always meet so many people on the beach. The cottage has everything we need and the view from the lounge is unbeatable. A major bonus is the piano, allowing my daughter to play away while we are relaxing.

Summary: We had a wonderful four day stay and didn't want to leave. Being able to walk on to the beach in a few short steps from the door was magical. The property is outfitted with everything you are likely to need and we loved the fact that our daughter could practice piano while we were away. We will definitely be back.
