Positive: The property is beautiful; loved the color scheme and the house layout. The showers are AMAZING. The kitchen is DYNAMIC. The landscaping was astounding. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful. The stores were ideally located to the property.
Negative: A few things. Having no window covering on only the kitchen window was a bit uncomfortable. The entrance door to the master bedroom doesn’t latch, which didn’t allow for privacy, the door to the backyard in the master bedroom is slanted making it so the deadbolt cannot be used, the inside handle to the front door continuously fell off, the mattress on the bed in the master bedroom should be flipped more often, as it sinks in the middle, the dishwasher should be bolted in and, the cabinet drawer handle should be reattached, or the screw removed, to prevent injury, and whoever cleans it should really pay attention to details, particularly the restrooms, specifically the toilets.
