Trehawks benefits not only from its enviable location and proximity to some of Cornwall's premier destinations such as Polzeath (3 miles) premier surfing beach, Daymer Bay (2.5 miles) windsurfing and swimming, Rock Beach (2.5 miles) with ferry to historic fishing port of Padstow and gastronomic capital of Cornwall but also has access to all of the facilities offered by Parkdean St Minver Holiday Park these include; Heated indoor swimming pool with toddlers pool & sauna (open from Easter to early November), soft play area, kid's clubs, restaurant with takeaway facility, club house with bar, entertainment, sky sports, pool table, amusements (Please note that the swimming pool and clubhouse are open from Easter through to the beginning of November). There are also picnic & barbecue areas, woodland walks and for your convenience; a mini-market, laundrette and cash machine. Summary: We have just returned from a wonderful weeks stay. From the moment we walked in, we could not fault one single thing, it was perfect for us and our two young children. We brought towels and sheets etc from home but we didn’t need to bring anything. The property had everything we needed, with two bathrooms, a washer/dryer which was perfect with two young children. The facilities on site were great, we particularly loved the onsite swimming pool which we had booked and used every morning. The little local pub ’The Fourways Inn’ was perfect for an evening drink. We didn’t want to leave, and we would love to come back! Thank you for making this a wonderful holiday after a long 18 months!!!

Summary: Cabin is situated in very good location on the site, all facilities were in very good condition and the house keeper had done all that was required for Covid. Some features were a little tired, seating was too low for us so spent most of the time sitting on patio chairs. First day one of the steps broke as I was descending causing slight injury to my leg so we had to use the rear entrance., an effective repair was made 2 days later but further inspection showed that other issues were likely to happen with the decking around the cabin. We had excellent weather which made up for these issues.

Summary: Lovely lodge in a beautiful, rural location. A short drive away were beaches and restaurants. The Parkdean site was average, with clubhouse facilities and swimming pool. A beautiful part of Cornwall which we loved discovering.

Summary: Really enjoyed the break here. I’m an ex local and it was a perfect spot to feel on holiday but visit friends.. it’s a lovely sunny, quiet field. Kids loved biking around. It felt private but everyone was friendly. Perfectly equip and very comfy.
