Backyard also offers an outdoor dining / BBQ, and 360 degree views from the rooftop patio. NO PARTIES / EVENTS. NO PHOTO / VIDEO PRODUCTIONS. QUIET ADULTS ONLY, 26+ YEARS OLD. NO KIDS. NO PETS.
NOTE: This home has a basement unit that is off limits to guest as there are permeant residents. During your stay, the main floor and backyard are yours to enjoy exclusively. There will be minimal interaction between the guests and residents to ensure the privacy of both parties.

Summary: Pristine. My family and I had the most beautiful stay at this amazing home. The view was stunning, both at night and every morning to wake up to. The home is beautifully decorated, styled, and furnished. Not like the typical VRBO. The home is special and you feel pampered within its walls and surroundings. Being raised in Utah and then moving away, the vibe and energy this home gives off, is exactly what Utah feels like to me when I return home- Pristine, life elevated, and natural beauty everywhere. So thankful we stayed in this home and that my family made so many beautiful memories there.

Summary: The house was BEAUTIFUL and impeccably clean. The view was amazing and close to down town, along with running and walking trails. My daughter is at the U and we will definitely will stay here for every visit!! WELL worth the price!!! BOOK IT , you will THANK yourself!!!

Summary: Absolutely beautiful home. The pool + backyard views were stunning, home decor was awesome, and amenities such as nice shower & automatic open/close window shades at the push of a button were a fantastic touch. Only small complaint is that the glass windows (which were quite beautiful) had significant hard water stains from build up of rain, etc over time. Actually scrubbed & cleaned all of them (inside and out) on our first day, and the hard water stains did not come out. Other than that, no complaints at all!
