Summary: Great stay in a convenient location; able to walk or use public transportation without hassle. Communication with owner was excellent; they stayed in touch before and during stay. Nice to have a full kitchen to use. Would stay again if we needed a lower Avenues location.

Summary: I would stay here again! Drew responded to our needs quickly. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because there were a few things missing including directions for the television, tissues and there was only one washcloth. Drew ordered more cloths as soon as I let him know. The apartment was very clean. Other than noise from the apartment above us late at night, it was quiet and very peachful.

Summary: We loved the location of this rental and walked to coffee shops, restaurants, and downtown SLC very easily. The apartment was clean and the host very easy to communicate with. We arrived really late from the airport and had no issues finding street parking. Check-in and check-out were easy!
