House is close to the Fresno International airport, Sunnyside country club, and convenient stores. House is close to major Freeways and Avenues for an easy drive to 3 National Parks (Kings Canyon National Park, Sequoia National Park, and Yosemite National Park).

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs including the Master bedroom. Down stairs there is an isolated bedroom and 3/4 bath.
