Summary: Very clean, well maintained spacious 1 bedroom apartment with generous amenities like coffee, half & half, flavored seltzer water and a dog crate and bed. Especially enjoyed the vase of fresh flowers and chocolates. We hope to be back!

Summary: Pros: John was communicative and friendlyThe apartment is lovely The location was convenient to downtown New Paltz Very clean, comfortable and and well stocked including seltzers and coffeeFresh flowers in the bedroomThe backyard is beautiful and huge Cons:The apartment is downstairs of the home so there is a lot of noise including loud footsteps and two dogs that frequently bark. If you are a light sleeper this can be problematic.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was ideally located on a quiet street. The grounds were scenic, with wildflowers growing right where we parked. The space was roomy and had everything we needed. The furniture and decor had a fun vibe: a mix of modern and mid-century. And John left a vase with fresh flowers in the bedroom. Bravo!! We would definitely stay here again.
