This charming 700 Sq ft apartment is complete with it's own private entrance with coded lock (self check-in), designated parking space(s), large outdoor patio space, full kitchen with standard cooking supplies, living room with TV and desk space, intimate seating area next to a candle-filled fireplace and a cozy queen-sized bed with an additional sofa couch. This space is below another Short Term Rental space, but we make sure all guests remain respectful of other guests.

Summary: I liked that the property was close to everything I went there to do I like that the owners were living there but we’re quiet and left us alone I like that they had a kitty Nolla because I love animals!! The only drawback was there was not any place to put your things no dresser or cabinet only a place to hang clothes but the unit was clean very pretty and very convenient having a patio and a nice kitchen

Summary: Great location off Highway 99, affordable, clean and with the great bonus of having an actual kitchen with appliances (could use a toaster, decaf coffee in addition to the caffeinated options provided and a few other common kitchen tools/implements, but otherwise a great asset!). Hosts were very attentive to us via VRBO messaging and responsive to needs, including adjusting the house thermostat when it was getting toasty for us downstairs. Greatly appreciated their above and beyond hospitality! A few notes for future guests: the bed was comfortable, but I would not recommend using the sofa as a second bed, except maybe for kids. Also, note that there is no actual door to the single bedroom, just an opaque sliding partition, but not a way to truly close oneself off from the living space (there is also a long interior window in the bedroom that looks directly into the apartment kitchen, which would benefit from a shade for privacy). If you are arriving at night, have your phone's flashlight ready as it can be a dark and potentially slippery descent down the exterior stairs to the apartment--which is in the lower part of the house--especially when hauling baggage (motion-sensitive lighting would help improve this). Also, if you have sensitivity to fragrance, you might request in advance that they remove the plug-in air fresheners prior to arrival. All minor things, but just tips for fellow travelers! All-in-all a great place to stay and we will definitely stay again if it's available when we return to the Portland area (:

Summary: This was just what we needed for a one night stay just outside of Portland. It was easy to find and there were special welcome signs and touches for us when we got there. The unit was clean, the bed comfortable, and there was a nice patio attached. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. There are lots of stores and restaurants near by, We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had the most amazing experience at this sweet lower level cottage! The unit was clean, quiet and private! The hosts were amazing and so communicative! We came during a very rare heat wave. I asked if there was a way to adjust the temp and they immediately brought down their own portable air conditioner! Plus there were so many personal touches! A welcome note and sign showing the way to the private entry, as well as a basket of games, puzzles and puzzle books! My 9yo was so excited to play sudoku! Thank you, Tianna and Chance, for being the best hosts we’ve ever had!!
