Conveniently located at the crossroads of HWY 224 and SE Lake Road, our home, cottage and garden are the last remnants of a time gone by and what was once a large family farm.
When you walk through the private gate leading to the cottage, you might feel you have stepped through a portal into another time. Everything about the cottage is secluded, peaceful and private.
Decorated throughout with stain glass and treasures from the past, the cottage also is equipped with High Speed WIFI internet and a smart TV. We are very pleased to have so many repeat visitors, many who have family in the area. The garden features a waterfall, chairs and table, BBQ and fresh herbs.
Should you feel inspired by the many farmers markets in our area, we have a fully equipped kitchen with most appliances, plates, and silverware and a fully stocked lauder and pantry.

Summary: I went to Portland to spend a few days with family and this cottage was perfect! The bed was super comfortable, the garden an oasis, and the kitchen was stocked above and beyond anything I've seen before. Suzanne met me and took the time to point out key elements and was so warm and welcoming! To add to it all - they provided several vases of fresh flowers - including stunning peonies! Will definitely stay here again. A

Summary: Suzanne made everything wonderful. We have never had a host take care of us like she did! The cottage was supplied with everything we needed and more, but if we had needed anything she would be right there. She has poured so much love and beauty into her place, comfortable in every way. We especially loved the stained glass. She has many repeat visitors, and we understand why.
