Positive: This home has been completely remodeled on the inside and is so modern. We liked it being located right across from a park so we could take our dog out for exercise easily. It was close by the intercostal and the water as well as grocery stores and restaurants. The place was very well stocked and we loved it had a washer and dryer since my son was there for a baseball tournament. It has a grill and we did use it as well. The owners were very responsive and it was easy using the door code. I love that it had a security system that we could arm at night. Someone mentioned it's in a bad neighborhood but we disagree. The neighbors were friendly, yards were neat and we felt very safe.

Negative: The home was located close to the railroad tracks. I'm a heavier sleeper so I didn't hear it but my husband and son did. It wasn't a huge issue and we would still stay there. The only recommendation we have-and it sounds sort of silly but.......two ply toilet paper would be much better than the one ply. We had to use more of it so it isn't really a cost savings.

Positive: Loved the property. Clean and spacious. We couldn’t figure something out with the bathtub and someone was sent right over to help us figure it out. Just minutes away from Riviera Beach.

Negative: Didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the backyard at night time.

Positive: It was as pictured , the host communication was very good, I like the set up of the house. We used the bedroom closet to the kitchen for me and my husband and the kids had their own rooms on the other side.

Negative: The only downside was the water pressure for the shower was low.

Positive: Perfect location. Very nice and quiet area. All appliences are working. Overall house is well equipped. Conditioning is good. Parking good for 2 cars. Great back porch area. Wal-Mart just few minutes driving. Beach just 10 minutes driving. Overall great experience. And owner is a very nice person. Thank you so much. P.s. keyless entry is great thing to. Loved it.
