Summary: This home is very nice and spacious, there was plenty of room to spread out and we also enjoyed the extra outdoor space on the deck. The distance to the beach and just about everything in town is excellent. The negative for us was the lack of air conditioning, an oversight on my part. We happened to be in town during several of the hottest days, near 90 degree temps. Some were able to sleep comfortably with the window fans, but others were too uncomfortable. Since we were able to open just one window on the first floor partially, there was absolutely no airflow and it was stifling. Screen doors on the patio doors going out to the deck and the ability to open more windows on the first floor would be very helpful.

Summary: We had a lovely time and the home worked out well for us. We loved the proximity to the beach and found some very nice pickleball courts a short distance away. The only down side was lack of AC, but even that wasn't a big deal as there were fans in all bedrooms.
