Positive: The unit was top notch in a top notch location.

Negative: I traveled for work for 15+ years. I also have traveled for leisure for my whole life. I've probably checked in to hotels and bed and breakfast facilities over 1000 times. This was singlehandedly the absolute worst check in experience I have ever had. I don't like that I had to go to a third party site to check in. I absolutely hate that they tried to get me to install an app and knew I hadn't installed it. The address is not marked on the building. The instructions were incorrect for the outer building. And when it's raining all of those things equate to a horrible check in.

Positive: location was amazing 🤩

Negative: The walls were so thin that we could hear the neighbors alarm clock, not to mention their 3 am argument. If you’re looking for a quiet place this is not the place for you. Honestly we weren’t too bothered because we’re used to staying in noisy downtown places. If you can get past the noise you can’t beat the location.
