Summary: Excellent for us and our dog. Lovely park 2 minutes away and a 6 minute walk for morning coffee. Comfy bed. Big TV. Great Bathroom. Easy access to city. Quiet street.

Summary: The only thing that was a bit of an issue is there was no cell phone coverage in the unit- not sure I can blame the owner for that! It was inconvenient to sit in the driveway outside and talk to the bank and use the trailer as a desk!
