Negative: The door didn't work everytime I had to leave the house open, with heavy rain water come inside the structure

Positive: Good price.Lots of space, Balcony. Good shower. Comfortable for some days. Location is close to quarter, but feels a little unsafe. Nothing happened though, nor to my motorbike.

Negative: AC is loud, doors need adjustment, tv has lines. Some repairs and updates. Bed is too Soft.

Positive: Nice location, very close to the French Quarter. The price is also ok for the size of the flat.

Negative: The check in information was not so clear and I had to call the owner a couple of times. The last day I couldn't get any hot water, I didn't complained since I was about to leave but it's not great.

Positive: Clean, neighborhood wasn't too scary

Negative: A lot farther than 2 blocks from quarter ( really glad my friend decided to walk me home), had to watch your feet as the floor boards didn't match up at the bathroom & kitchen, didn't have a sofa bed (unless that is what call a basic sofa) or washing machine (ad was misleading). Had to go in thru the backyard & up some steep, open stairs (glad I didn't have much or anything heavy to carry). Hoping the price was because of Mardi Gras & not the regular price.

Summary: Good but not quite what I was expecting.
