Great building perfectly situated at the edge of historic Chinatown, giving you access to the best of Vancouver. Almost everything you need for your stay is provided. There's a brand new 65" smart TV along with a comfy sofa bed in the living room which folds out to a Full size comfy mattress. This modern condo has glass sliding doors, giving you privacy yet the comfort of your own home. Queen bed in the bedroom, en-suite bathroom and closet space.
Fully-stocked kitchen, in-suite washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, private large patio, BBQ, Wifi, grocery & public transit just a few short steps away. Sheets, towels, shampoo & body wash or soap along with more basic essentials are provided. Help yourself to what you need & leave the rest for the next guest to use.
We have high speed internet along with a smart TV equipped with Netflix & YouTube access. No smoking in the unit or even the balcony.Cleaning products are provided to use during your stay (right bottom drawer next to dishwasher and the drawer below the bathroom sink, Swiffer in front closet). If you like to use the BBQ on the patio, make sure it's away from the sprinklers, clean off and make sure you close off the valve to the propane tank. Enjoy your stay.

Summary: Loved staying here while I visited at the end of summer. The owner was very accommodating and always prompt with any questions or concerns I had. The internet was very stable and fast so I could work remotely without any issues and the place had anything you needed so you feel like you're in a real home and not a hotel. Would book again for sure!
