If you’re looking for fun time enjoying vibrancy of downtown Asheville, hobnobbing at the Biltmore, exploring hiking trails, or a relaxing getaway in the quaint town of Black Mountain this is the place for you. This two-story split home has ‘instagramable’ décor with beautiful mnt views. Plenty of space to accommodate, with two full kitchens and 6 bedrooms. Enjoy an evening in the hot tub admiring the mountains or your morning coffee on the deck watching the sunrise. This home has it all!
Great views with an outdoor space to get the most out of the mountain air with a great fire pit built out of natural stone and hot tub to soak in.
Fully furnished top and bottom levels with washer and dryers on both levels. Separate full kitchens on both the top and bottom levels with oven, microwave, dishwasher, to make the perfect space to share and celebrate with friends or family while having your own private space when needed. Two dining rooms and two living rooms.
Access from the top level or bottom level with no stairs. Stairs only needed to travel from top or bottom level inside house.

Located in a quiet mountain community- other homes near by. Permanent residence and a couple short term rentals.
Pets allowed- 2 max $100 pet fee
Cancellation policy 96% refund if cancel 30 days prior to check in. 50% refund 14 days prior. No Refund less then 14 days before check in
Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate.
No Parties- please be respectful of neighbors and noise levels.
If you move furniture please put back where originally found.

There is special health risk involved when using hot tub and you are accepting those risk when using. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risk for if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury.
Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.

Summary: The house/cabin was perfect for our extended family who all met in Asheville for an engagement party. The layout was perfect and we never felt cramped. The decor was great and we enjoyed the outdoor amenities. Hosts were very accommodating and communicative. 5 star review and we wish the area well in rebuilding from the floods.

Summary: A nice place to stay and very close to the Omni Grove Paek Inn. We did the spa for the day. Then, drove to the cabin which was only about 25 minutes away. It was easy to get to. The decorations in this place are very pretty just like the pictures.

Summary: The Modern Cabin was perfect for our group of seven. It was easy to get to everything in the area. Lots of space. Comfortable bedrooms. Great communication with the property manager. The curtains are too shear, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Summary: I’m convinced there is no better location for us to celebrate ten of our friends who recently turned 40! A short 20 min ride to downtown Asheville for brewery hopping, nice restaurants and fun shops. It was so comfy that most nights we preferred to head back to the house and end our nights around the fire or in the hot tub!

Summary: The property was as described and pictured. The house was nicely decorated and host was responsive. There was sufficient room for everyone and there was a pretty well-stocked kitchen, though we couldn't find a colander and forks were a little low for a large group. The grounds were nice and the front porch was nice. We did not use the fire pit, but did notice that wood and starters were provided. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the starter supplies (toilet paper, soap, detergent ). We could have used some more bath towels and hand towels. Each person had one bath towel and one wash cloth. We would stay here again.
