Positive: Upgrade furnishings and bath supplies, full kitchen stock, Washer/dryer, quiet location, but not isolated.

Negative: Lighting switches could use labels and lighting is more ascetics look of place than functional. But my only request for improvement, everything is new, so great overall.

Summary: As advertised, all amenities are higher quality. 5 stars, only wished for better lighting in kitchen

Positive: We loved the large island and ping pong table. My kids loved the loft space (even though I didn't realize it was a loft when I booked).

Negative: It took a little while to figure out how to switch the AC to heat, so posting directions on using the unit might be helpful for future guests.

Summary: We enjoyed this space & it worked well for our family of four with fun activities & beautiful views.
